From January 6th, 2025, we’re excited to be launching a new online booking system to give you full control over your child’s club bookings. This upgrade means you’ll have end-to-end visibility over everything – from bookings to payments to key details – all in one place. Find out more below!

Based on your feedback and following the launch of our new website (which we hope you're loving! ), we’re rolling out even more improvements to make booking and managing your Sherpa Kids experience a breeze! Check out some of the key new features on the new platform available for you to explore from December 2024!

  • Data Migration icon

    Data Migration - all your bookings, details on your eccesoft account and NCS information will be automtically transferred over to the system! You will then be able to make new bookings on the new platform from January.

  • Flexible Bookings icon

    Manage your Bookings – No more waiting! Choose the frequency that works best for you – book full-time, set up block bookings, or make last minute sessions (subject to availability) when you need them.

  • Account Access icon

    24/7 Account Access and Visibility – Log in at any time to see your current bookings, add new ones, check past payments, and manage your account with ease!

  • Payment Tracking icon

    Easy Payment Tracking – View your payment history and track outstanding balances, giving you greater transparency over costs. Set up automated payments for faster checkouts!

  • Child's Profile icon

    Manage Your Child’s Profile in One Place – Make updates to your child’s details whenever it’s needed, ensuring everything stays current for seamless care.

  • Customer Support icon

    Personal Support from Our Team – Our friendly Customer Support Team is on hand to assist with onboarding and any questions you may have, helping to make the transition smooth and stress-free.

Gain Access to Enrolmy from 2nd December!

To help you get familiar with our new system, we’ll start sending email invitations to families from Monday, December 2nd. Please assist with the following steps to ensure a smooth transition:

  • Look out for your “Invite to Join Enrolmy” email: In the lead up to launch - you’ll receive an email with a unique link to set up your login. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

  • Complete the Child Safety Form: A completed Child Safety Form is required for each child with a booking to ensure we have the most up-to-date information for their safety. The form allows you to add multiple children. Please fill it out in full when registering. If not completed within 48 hours, the system will send a reminder. We recommend completing it promptly to avoid follow-up notifications.

  • Verify your bookings: Double-check all bookings from January 2025 onward. Please report discrepancies to support@sherpakids.ie.

  • Check NCS subsidy details: Ensure subsidy information is accurate and contact us if needed.

Need to make a booking now?

We will continue using the current Eccesoft system for bookings until the official go-live date on 6th January. From December, you will be able to view your bookings in the new system; however, any changes, additional bookings, or NCS applications must still be processed through the Eccesoft system until the launch date.
