While many holiday camps across Ireland run for just 5 hours a day, we understand that’s often not enough. Sherpa Kids is open for a full 9 hours a day, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM—offering families real flexibility and peace of mind - that’s time you don’t have to spend rearranging meetings or calling in favours.

We know every family's routine is different—so why should holiday camps be one-size-fits-all? At Sherpa Kids, you choose the schedule that works for you.

Need just a few weeks over the extended period of 2 months? One week at the start of summer and another at the end? No problem. While we encourage parents booking a full week to get the most out of our themed programmes, there’s no pressure to commit to the whole summer (even though we know your child might not want to leave after the first week!)

Affordable for Families—Without Cutting Corners

We know cost matters—especially when you're juggling work, study, or simply trying to plan a stress-free summer.

Even at our highest rate, a full-time week costs just €270—which works out to just €6 per hour. That’s up to 44% less than many other providers charging the same weekly fee for far fewer hours. And that price includes all activities, materials, and a daily dose of fun, learning, and adventure.

The cherry on top?

We proudly accept the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) in all our services during term-time and holiday programmes. This can bring your costs down even further, making Sherpa Kids an incredibly affordable option for eligible families—sometimes just a few euros a day.

With the minimum NCS subsidy of €2.14 per hour, a full week at our €270 rate goes down to just €173 a week, which is only €3.86 per hour (based on 9 hours per day over 5 days). And if you’re entitled to the maximum subsidy, the savings are even greater.
