What is Holiday HQ?
Holiday HQ is where the school holidays transform into action-packed, creativity-fuelled days. Every season brings fresh themes, exciting experiences and structured activities designed to inspire children of every age. No two days are ever the same, and there’s something for everyone!
We also ensure that every child’s holiday is not just entertaining but an opportunity for growth. Helping them to build new friendships, explore their interests, and return to school with unforgettable memories. We’re the experts in fun!

Holiday HQ Mission Starlight
27th - 30th of October
This October Mid-Term, spookiness meets the galaxies as children join Holiday HQ Mission Starlight for four days. Look forward to space-themed adventures, spooky fun, Make & Take activities, workshops and exciting new experiences. Every day, children will receive a new Mission Brief featuring 5 Hero Activities, with new challenges, surprises and discoveries as they progress through Mission Starlight.

Hero Activities
Each school holiday is built around a special overarching theme, bringing something fresh and exciting for children to experience each day. At the heart of every holiday are our five “Hero Activities” — the core activities that run consistently across all our services, including sports, STEM, arts and crafts.

Affordable School Holidays
We proudly support the National Childcare Scheme (NCS), helping make high-quality childcare more affordable for every family through our Before School, After School, and Holiday Programmes — including Mid-Term, Easter, and Summer. From September 2024, each child will receive a minimum deduction of €2.14 per hour from their childcare bill.

Yes, all School Age Childcare services are required to register with Tusla as they are our regulator and inspector. We also inspect our own services at least once a year to make sure that our own stringent standards are being adhered to.
