We work closely with each partner to create hassle-free rent agreements that ensure schools benefit financially while maintaining access to high-quality childcare. Our revenue-share programmes, through a flat monthly fee or a percentage of turnover — provide additional funds schools can reinvest in their spaces and facilities.

Our “pop-up” model allows Sherpa Kids to operate seamlessly within shared school spaces, adapting to each environment without disruption. We respect every school’s facilities, ensuring classrooms are left cleaner, tidier, and more organised than before.

From your initial consultation through to launching your first club, we’re here to make the whole experience easy and hassle-free, with specialist teams on-hand to answer your questions and provide support throughout.

  • Schedule a meeting with our school partnership team for your free consultation.

  • Choose the type of services you need, whether it's before and after school programmes and/or holiday programmes.

  • We'll assist in engaging your local community through surveys, sharing BOM documents, and generating excitement.

  • A site visit will be scheduled and you’ll meet the Head Office team and agreed a commencement date.

  • We’ll get everything sorted for pre-opening, from recruitment, marketing materials, operational support and more.
