How to make a booking
What you'll need before you register
Registering for our Sherpa Kids programmes is simple and hassle-free. If you're new to Sherpa Kids and want to make a booking, you can do this through our online booking system, Enrolmy.
Before you create an account, you’ll need select the location and days you want to book. Visit our locations page, linked below, and find the Sherpa Kids location your child will attend.
Click “Make a Booking” on the location you'd like and then select the programme you’d like to book. Choose between before, after school and holiday programmes. Once you're on your chosen 'Activity', select between a recurring (same day every week) or casual (irregular/one-off) booking for your child.
From here, you'll begin the registration process. Please see below for further information:
To register and make a booking:
Have the below information to hand ahead of registering:
• Parent/caregiver contact details
• 2x Emergency contacts details
• Authorised people to pick up your child (must be over 18 years old)
• If applicable, specific unauthorised individuals that cannot pick up your child.
• Optional: NCS CHICK code
Enter your email address and create your account.
Enter your child’s details.
Complete your child's enrolment information.
(We call this our safety form. This is required for every child attending our service. It helps us understand any specific requirements of your child).

Making a Booking with NCS
Once you've completed your application and received all necessary details in your HIVE portal, you can seamlessly apply your NCS subsidy to your Sherpa Kids booking. To do this, follow the below steps at the Make a Booking stage, or for a detailed step-by-step guide on adding NCS to your booking, click the button below.

Invoicing and Payments
Invoices for term-time bookings are sent out every Thursday morning, with payments due 7 days after the service is provided. Need help with payments or setting up direct debits? Our Payments Help Guide has everything you need, from managing invoices to troubleshooting payment issues.
Already registered?
Need additional sessions on top of your existing bookings? It's quick and easy! Simply log in to your online account and select the sessions you'd like to add (subject to availability). Yes, all School Age Childcare services are required to register with Tusla as they are our regulator and inspector. We also inspect our own services at least once a year to make sure that our own stringent standards are being adhered to.
