An easy, fun and engaging transition to BIG SCHOOL is vital.

For some children, going back to school is about slipping into familiar routines and reconnecting with friends. For others, it’s the very first step in their school journey.

At Sherpa Kids, we’re here to support families in practical ways — by helping with pick-up times, offering flexibility and childcare options, and, most importantly, making each child’s transition into school and after-school life as smooth and positive as possible.

Our staff are fully trained and Garda vetted, so you can rest assured your child is in safe hands. They are not only skilled but also genuinely passionate about working with children.

Our fun and enriching programmes are all about:

Making Friends

When kids meet each other for the first time, new bonds are formed that make their transition to primary school so much easier – it’s all about familiar faces and a sense of belonging

Building life skills

New experiences and shared challenges build confidence and resilience – which is fundamental to how kids look at the world, socialise and learn

Having fun

We know fun plays a huge factor in positive learning and development. Our programmes are designed with the child’s needs and voice at the forefront.

Turning a big step into a little one

Starting school with familiar faces, comfortable environments and positive anticipation helps make that big step a much smaller one.
