Programme Assistant
As a Programme Assistant at Sherpa Kids, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, heard and above all else, have the best time with us! Programme Coordinator
As a Programme Coordinator at Sherpa Kids, you’ll be the backbone of our programme, leading a team of passionate people to ensure smooth operations and a fantastic experience for all. Your responsibilities will range from managing staff training and on-site procedures to planning exciting activities for children. You'll also have the joy of interacting with the children, ensuring they are happy, engaged and safe in their environment. You’ll report to your school's Sherpa Kids Area Manager and will receive the necessary support to succeed in your role. If you thrive in administrative tasks, enjoy working with children and have strong leadership skills together, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Area Manager
As an Area Manager at Sherpa Kids, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of Programme Coordinators and Assistants across multiple schools while fostering positive relationships with parents and school principals. Your role involves managing staff, overseeing service operations, and ensuring compliance with Sherpa Kids standards.
